At RazorHawk, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    Unused and in the same condition as received.

     In its original packaging.

     Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Items not in original packaging.

Hygiene-related products (e.g., razors, blades, trimmers) once opened, unless defective.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@razorhawk.ae.


5. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us.
